At Helosia, we want you and your loved ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at service@helosia.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

For damaged or defective items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Note for Plush Toys: Minor wrinkles due to vacuum packaging are normal and are not considered defects. Please follow our FAQ guide to restore fluffiness.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom products.

Items on "Final Sale" or gift cards.

Products that have been assembled (e.g., Micro Building Blocks that have been put together).
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
