Q: Where do you ship from? A: While our headquarters is located in Newport Beach, California, we utilize a global network of fulfillment centers to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: Yes! We love our global community and offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
2. PRODUCTS & CARE
Q: My giant plushie arrived flat or wrinkled. What should I do? A: To save on shipping and protect your new friend, our large plushies (like the Giant Goose and Whale) are vacuum-sealed. Once opened, please shake and "massage" the plushie vigorously. Leaving it in the sun or a ventilated area for 24–48 hours will help it regain its full, fluffy shape.
Q: Are your foam climbing blocks safe for toddlers? A: Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Our foam climbers are made from high-density, BPA-free foam and covered in skin-friendly, non-toxic materials. They meet rigorous safety standards (CPC/ASTM) for worry-free play.
Q: Are the micro building blocks compatible with other brands? A: Our micro-bricks are designed for high-precision detailing. Please note that "Micro Blocks" are smaller than standard building bricks to allow for more intricate designs. They are generally compatible with other major micro-block brands but not with "standard-sized" building sets.
3. ORDERS & RETURNS
Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day "Hassle-Free" Return Policy. If you aren't satisfied, please contact us at service@helosia.com to start your return. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
